They have over thirty combined years in business and real estate. Rhonda is a native born Floridian, and has resided in Tampa now for sixteen years. Cindy moved from the D.C. area to the Sunshine State eight years ago.

Rhonda comes from a family owned and operated real estate company. Her father has been a real estate broker for over thirty years. Her background in the title industry was a catalyst for her becoming a real estate agent for Inland Homes. Her expertise in new home sales was the foundation for her ability to work closely with clients. She has knowledge of all the phases in the construction of a home and took a personal interest in helping every client through all stages of the home building process. Stepping into general real estate in 2007 was an asset to the real estate industry. She is also a certified interior decorator and can offer staging advice to get a home sold fast!

 
Cindy is a mom of three, and her background and experience lies in property management and computer software. Her knowledge of the schools and South Tampa community has helped her clients tremendously in feeling comfortable and in good hands. Her property management experience is unsurpassed. She worked for many years as a software consultant before moving to South Tampa eight years ago. Transitioning into real estate came easy for Cindy having worked with so many clients throughout the years.
